[Misaki always have had an overactive curiosity and even after she's learned not to pay attention to it after her little incident on Rougetsu Island, it still lingers around. Of course, it even followed her to this world and had urges to just ask people certain stuff, sometimes too personal and was just not the right moment to ask at all.]

[However, right now seemed to be the right moment since the holidays were coming.]

If you don't mind me asking, what is everyone planning to do for the holidays? ~~If you even celebrate the holidays....~~

[She gave a little sigh as she looked to the side, looking at whatever's offscreen. She doesn't want to admit it but she's feeling rather homesick.]

I hope so... [Or else he might get gray hair. He definitely wouldn't want that!]

This is Yīngtáo. [He holds up the Cherubi in his arms, who makes a happy sound at Misaki.]

The Deino is Suānméitāng. [Like the sour plum drink, but there is a reason he gave her that name.]

And this is Qiángliè. [He moves the camera again so Misaki can see the Magikarp that is resting on a pillow. Beside it is an Emolga egg, which is also resting on a pillow.]

[Misaki made a small smile at the small Cherubi. It was ridiculously cute and she had a weakness for ridiculously cute things. Either than or children.]

[She made a somewhat confused face at the name for the Deino. Seems kind of off but she's heard stranger names so she won't question.]

[The magikarp raised definitely raised some questions however.] Is the Magikarp supposed to be out of water like that?

Qiángliè is fine, aru. Many of the fish Pokemon are hardy, but Magikarp are the hardiest of them all. Besides, Qiángliè enjoys being with everyone like this. Isn't that right?

[China strokes Qiángliè's head, who leans into his touch and makes a happy expression.]

He doesn't seem to be too much of a hassle compared to the other three, is he?

No, but the one thing that worries me is that he lacks confidence. That's why I named him Qiángliè, so he'll grow strong.

I'm sure he'll prove himself in the near future if he tries hard enough. He looks like he has great potential. [She's trying to boost the magikarp's self-confidence a bit. She hates hearing about others' low confidence.]

Doesn't he? [China smiles.] I know he has great potential, especially considering what he'll evolve into someday.

Oh, he has an evolution? Is it anything how he's like now?

Not really, the only thing that's similar to his current form and his evolution are the barbels. You will hardly recognize him when he evolves.

When Magikarp evolve, they become such beautiful creatures.

Is that so? [She was trying to visualize the evolution's form.]

I'd like to see him in person when he evolves. To see how amazing he must turn out to be.
