[When video first shows up, it might be shaky a bit due to being in the hands of a Buneary. The usual cameraman and back-up cameraman are knocked out at the moment so this was the best she could do. In the background, there sounds like someone crying. It sounded like it belongs to a girl's so it might be assumed to be Misaki's but video shows it turns out to be the gym leader Whitney crying. Horribly.]

WAAAAAAHHH, YOU MEANIE!! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO BE SO ROUGH ON ME!!?

I didn't know that was-

Wait, what--

[Before Misaki finished her sentence, Whitney let out another cry, prompting one of her trainers to come right over to calm her down. While Whitney was being calmed down, Misaki turned away from the commotion and let out a loud groan.]

...Women cry too much.

[After that remark, Misaki motioned the Buneary to cut feed. It takes a while (and a few cries) but it finally cuts off.]

How did the battle go with him?

Yes, he does! Which meant putting in ghost pokemon against him wasn't a great strategy - I only put in one, who knew dark moves. It actually went pretty well? I only had to use half of my team to get through his. How about you?

I didn't have anything that could do well against normal but to be honest, the only problem was her Miltank. I didn't want to bother with the possibility of it seducing majority of my team so I only used my female members against it. She easily took out my Nidorina and would've taken out my Tranquill if she hadn't evolved in time.

[She sounded rather proud of this since it took a while for the bird to finally evolve.]

She had one pokemon that seemed to be both normal and psychic so your ghost one could be useful for that one.

A mid-battle evolution? [ Aradia, for her part, sounds suitably impressed. ] That's amazing! I haven't heard of anyone having quite that much luck before.

And that's extremely good to know; if nothing else, I should think ghosts are harder to hit, too.

It was really surprising. I didn't expect her to evolve any time soon since she had some.. issues to resolve.

If you do end up using your ghost pokemon on it, I'd say still watch out. It caught my Banette off guard with some dark moves, as well as having some kind of move that lets it be hit with normal attacks.

[ Ugh, dark moves. ] Thanks for the advice, Misaki! I'll try to plan for it, at least. ...Hopefully the match won't end in tears.

Madoka had some confidence problems and neither me or her wanted her to evolve until she resolved those issues. She might be almost 30 levels late but she's overcome them.

It's... pretty much guaranteed she'll break down so you can't really avoid that. Intensify levels may vary, though. A girl named Jade told me Whitney didn't cry as much when she beat her.

That's terrific, Misaki! I'm glad for you and her.
